SOA4All objective is to make the service Web as accessible and ubiquitous as today's information Web. We envisage a wide range of users with a wide range of technical abilities, as with today's Web. This diversity is reflected in the use case scenarios: we will create service delivery platforms targeting users from different domains (telecommunication, eCommerce and public sector), with different business interests (business users and consumers), with different abilities (developers, business experts, advanced and casual users) and with different roles (service consumers and providers).

SOA4All case studies, driven by industrial project members, describe real-world business scenarios and solutions to specific problems, which can demonstrate the advantages and the benefits of the R&D advances developed in the project. These case studies provide requirements, which guide the core R&D process. Case studies are also used to validate the results and evaluate their applicability and impact. User centric activities will additionally validate our technologies and provide the evaluation environment.
